The role and experience of women in the contemporary Orthodox Catholic Churches will be the focus of the 2010 Huffington Ecumenical Symposium Orthodox and Catholic women and men – theologists, mothers, fathers, wives and husbands, clergy and lay – will discuss the gifts women have to bring to the table of ecumenism.

All Catholic lawyers and judges are invited to a one day Lenten Retreat presented by the Los Angeles Catholic Lawyers Association from 9:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the Immaculate Heart Retreat Center at 3134 Waverly Dr., Los Angeles, CA. The retreat day will be presented by Wilkie Au, Professor Theological Studies and author.
